Marshmallow Brownies

Snowball Brownies


Recipe:
1/2 cup oil
1cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup coco
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Bake on 350˚ till center is almost set. Sprinkle top with marshmallows and chocolate chips. Bake till melted.

Almost Chai Tea



Almost Chai Tea

1 black tea bag

1/2 Tablespoon honey

1/2 Tablespoon maple syrup

1/2 Tablespoon brown sugar

cinnamon

nutmeg

Clematis

The very last bloom on the clematis Stephen bought for me. It was beautiful!

Yummy Cookies!

These are my favorite cookies! If you're wanting to make cookies for a Christmas party or Thanksgiving get together this is the perfect recipe. It make a ton of delicious cookies. If you're wanting a smaller batch for home I've down sized the recipe to a fourth before and they still turn out wonderful.


 NEIMAN-MARCUS COOKIES

 2 cups butter
 24 oz. chocolate chips
 4 cups flour
 2 cups brown sugar
 2 tsp. soda
 1 tsp. salt
 2 cups sugar
1 8 oz. Hershey Bar (grated)
 5 cups blended oatmeal
 4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
 2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups chopped nuts (optional)

 Measure oatmeal, and blend in a blender to a coarse powder. Cream the
butter
 and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla, mix together with flour,
oatmeal,
 salt, baking powder, and soda. Add chocolate chips, Hershey Bar, and
nuts.
 Roll into balls, and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet.

 Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 112 cookies .

Teapots


I enjoy collecting teapots that I think are cute. Each has a story as well. One is from my mom, another from a yard selling day with a friend, one that matches my sisters and still another that's a true English teapot from across the ocean. I love my tea tray!
